MACARENA BAYLOS
Curriculum
Head International Business Unit. She is a Higher Agriculture Engineer (Polytechnic University of Madrid) and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration for the Agro Food Industry. From 2006 to 2007 she worked as researcher at the Escuela Superior de Ingenieros Agrónomos of Madrid. She has been R&D project manager in Food Research projects for 11 years in the Ctic Cita. During this time she has gain experience in managing successful projects, including EC-funded projects, at multi-national private industrial levels. She is involved in both administrative and scientific project management as well as in the research area of food technology. Since 2014 she is the Head of the European Projects Unit in the Centre. Main tasks
Ms Macarena Baylos will chair the Innovation Committee and will lead the partners in effective management of the innovation cycle of the project. She will also act as a driver for the industrial partners in defining post-project concerted value chain commercial strategy. Higher Agriculture Engineer, she holds a Master Degree in Business Administration for the Agro Food Industry. She has, for this role, the perfect balance between technical and market knowledge of the food sector, being R&D project.
