The SHEALTHY Project highly anticipated final event, REVOLUTIONIZING THE FUTURE OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, will take place on the 5th of October at the #FruitAttraction fair, in the vibrant city of Madrid.
During the conference, the impact and results obtained at pilot scale in the European project SHEALTHY, in which an optimal combination of non-thermal sanitization, preservation and stabilization methods have been assessed and developed to improve the safety, while preserving the nutritional quality and prolonging the shelf-life of minimally processed fruits and vegetables, juices and smoothies, will be presented, with a special focus on SMEs and emphasizing the latest industry trends and legislative developments in food safety at the EU level.
