The 3rd Focus Groups with Danish consumers was held online on January 26th 2022.

Two separate groups of consumers were interviewed. The first group was composed by people aged 18-35 years and the second group by people aged 45-60 years. Both groups were dynamic, and all had speaking time and contributed passionately to all the discussions.
Both groups were very interested in the “Intelligent packaging”. For the younger group, it was crucial that SHEALTHY products’ price is affordable. The older group were still questioning the health safety and further mentions “how would I know if the fruit and vegetables are treated with one of those techniques? Am I already buying it”?
Further both groups believe that the initiative of consumers meeting, like focus group, should be extended to the storage at home, both before and after opening the packaging, because “not all have a fancy refrigerator as we do”.
