The 3rd Focus Group with Italian consumers took place online on December 16th.
Eight persons attended it: 4 in the 18-35 age group and 4 in the 45-60 age group in a perfect gender balance (50/50).
The participants were very involved, and it emerged that participants would like:
-to have practical information on food storage
-to have information on how to read a label (which should contain a range of information to better understand the product).
The preferred way for consumers to communicate are videos to watch on internet or tv; they consider not working, in this case, the information conveyed through social media.
The participants would like to watch videos showing them the differences between F&V treated with mild technologies.
