On May 19, we held the first conference in the frame of the EU Green Week Partner Event.
The conference started with Simona Mincione, IPR and Exploitation Manager of SHEALTHY, introducing our project to the general audience.
During the second part of the conference, Davide Giacalone, Associate Professor at Syddansk Universitet, explained the Consumers’expectations and perceptions of non-thermally processed fruits and vegetables.
In the third part, Oscar Rodriguez, Senior Research Scientist, explained the SHEALTHY combined and optimised mild technologies.
In the final part, Geoffrey Hagelaar, BMO department member at Wageningen University, has presented the SHEALTHY Business Models, disscussing the transitional into a new collaborative agrifood ecosystem for traditional local and food micro & SMEs around EU.
